Often the best applicants and employees have turned out to be individuals who value cleaning outside of their workplace. For example these are the types of people who are generally very clean at home and often keep their own homes at a meticulous standard. These types of people genuinely enjoy cleaning because they value having a clean environment for them selves. These types of individuals are the perfect hire because they bring their cleaning values from home to work and clean our clients offices with the same passion.
Cleaning offices can be a challenging job and at Bright cleaning we have standards that are above what is considered acceptable in the industry. In order to deliver our clients a perfect clean environment we have to in sure that our staff are putting the same effort every-time they show up to clean.
